Terms of Service

LMI is operated by Nine18, LLC.
1. The service
lmi.gg provides game companion tools, including the RDR2 tracker. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. BreachReport (lmi.gg/breachreport) has its own separate terms and policies.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google or Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
3. Free access and future plans
The RDR2 tracker is free to use. In future we may show ads or add paid features, such as a plan that removes ads, and we will give notice before any of that takes effect. Any paid terms, pricing and refunds will be published before any purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, interfere with other users' accounts, or use it to break the law or any game's terms.
5. Your content
Feedback and suggestions you send may be used by us without obligation to you.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the site at any time, or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
8. Not affiliated
LMI is independent and unofficial; it is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and, where practical, give notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
